We’re working with a well-established IT support provider. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a proactive and technically capable 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build their technical skills while gaining exposure to a wide variety of systems and projects.
- Handling escalated incidents and service requests as part of the 2nd line support team.
- Troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and core IT infrastructure.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and email systems (M365/Exchange).
- Providing remote support, with occasional visits to client sites.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
- Supporting IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
