An established organisation is seeking an experienced ERP IT Manager to lead its ERP function, supporting a well-established platform. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a small, high-performing internal team while owning the full lifecycle of ERP enhancements. The platform has evolved significantly since its implementation and now supports a substantial volume of ongoing change.
The successful candidate will act as the key bridge between internal stakeholders and a third-party development partner, ensuring delivery quality, driving improvements, and maintaining strong operational performance. This role requires an on-site presence five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP enhancements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the third-party development partner, holding them accountable for delivery, quality, and timelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Produce clear reports, updates, and communications for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement across ERP processes, documentation, QA, and support practices.
- Represent the ERP function in senior stakeholder discussions when required.
- Experience with an ERP platform.
- Strong SQL skills (essential).

- Background in IT project management, product management, or senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience owning or contributing to a software product lifecycle.
