My client is looking for an experienced Senior Service Desk Engineer to join their Service Desk team with MSP experience. You will be a key technical figure within the team, sitting between the first and third line. On any given day, you may be picking up escalated tickets from first line, jumping onto newly raised complex requests, contributing to client implementations, assisting and running client projects or writing knowledgebase articles that are internal and customer-facing.

- Previous experience working in an MSP environment.
- 3+ years in a second line or senior first line support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration – Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, InTune, EntraID.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Service, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience supporting MacOS.
- Experience with a PSA tool for ticket management, time logging, and SLA tracking.
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102, AZ-104 or equivalent).
- Exposure to Azure Infrastructure - VMs, networking, backup, Entra ID.
- ITIL Foundation awareness or certification.
- Familiarity with onboarding new clients into an MSP environment.
