My client is looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer where you'll support and strengthen a modern Microsoft-based environment across Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, and security. You'll balance day-to-day operational support with high-impact project work, acting as a trusted escalation point and helping to continuously improve their infrastructure, automation, and security posture.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting and maintaining secure, stable Azure and on-prem infrastructure.
- Owning cloud, identity, (Intune, GPO, conditional access, etc.).
- Monitoring systems using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft security tools.
- Supporting device management, authentication, and access controls across the business.
- Supporting cloud migrations, optimisation, and security hardening initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management (Entra ID / Azure AD).
- Confidence troubleshooting complex infrastructure and cloud issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Desirable:
- SQL experience
- VMware experience
- Hypervisor experience.
