Are you a Test Analyst looking to join a rapidly growing SaaS business supplying data-focused software solutions to help them strengthen their software development processes and deliver quality products efficiently? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a longstanding client of Candours who has had exceptional growth over the past few years. They have built a fantastic working culture and are looking to continue growing their QA Team. You will start focusing on Manual testing to begin, but there is career development allowing you to get more involved in Automation Testing. So if you are confident in voicing your ideas and contributing to the team, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business, functional, and technical requirements and define test conditions.
  • Design and execute functional tests across UI, APIs, databases, and third-party systems, including data setup and evidence capture.
  • Contribute to solution design and delivery to achieve the best customer outcomes.
  • Log defects clearly and promptly so they can be easily reproduced and fixed.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate testing risks.
  • Support end users by managing tickets, investigating issues, and identifying root causes in UAT and production.
  • Perform exploratory testing and analyse logs and system behaviour to diagnose issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and operations teams to ensure smooth software delivery.

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional testing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience of both front-end and back-end testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing.

Nice to have:

  • ISTQB Software Testing Foundation qualification.
  • Familiarity with .NET Core/Standard or JavaScript-based front-end frameworks.
  • Experience working in a microservices environment.
  • Experience with automation testing.
