We’re looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong C# skills and a passion for building scalable, maintainable automation frameworks from the ground up. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of automation within a growing engineering team and play a key role in shaping quality engineering practices.

You’ll be the primary Automation Framework Developer, working closely with a Lead Test Engineer who will help define testing strategy and direction, alongside a Lead Architect supporting technical design and best practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on framework development, solving complex automation challenges, and driving quality through robust engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using C#
  • Build scalable UI and API automation solutions from scratch
  • Create robust automated test suites for web applications and services
  • Work collaboratively with QA, Development, and Architecture teams
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
  • Contribute to test strategy, tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support defect investigation and root cause analysis
  • Promote automation best practices across the engineering team
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven commercial experience with C# automation testing
  • Strong experience in UI Automation Testing
  • Strong experience in API Automation Testing
  • Demonstrable experience building automation frameworks from the ground up
  • Experience with REST API testing using RestSharp
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Experience using Azure DevOps
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of test automation architecture and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working within Agile environments
  • Knowledge of performance or security testing
  • Exposure to cloud-based environments
