We are supporting a company that is a leader in their field who work with innovative tech and who value its employees’ professional growth and development, in their search of a strategic leadership role with real influence across product and business direction.

This is a great opportunity to lead and direct Principal and Lead Software Engineers of all levels, providing coaching and support to drive the capability of your engineering team.

You will form part of a pair of Engineering Managers jointly responsible for the successful delivery of their product development and features. The two Engineering Managers will work closely together to provide leadership, alignment and strategic direction.

You will be a part of a team that is leading in their industry, who truly value their employees and their employees' work-life balance.
