IT Engineer – Liverpool – Onsite £32 (DOE)

I am seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to join a hands-on European Operations team. This is a hands-on role, where you will take ownership of the site’s IT systems and infrastructure, providing support across the business and contributing directly to operational efficiency.

What you will be dong

• Provide first and second line support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Take ownership of IT-related projects, upgrades and system implementations.
• Maintain, configure and monitor IT systems, servers and workstations to ensure reliability and security.

What you need

• Proven experience in IT support within a small or mid sized team environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 65 and basic networking concepts.
