I am seeking a proactive IT Systems Analyst with experience in Epicor BisTrack and strong SQL skills to support my client’s core business systems. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, supporting users, improving processes, and implementing smart automation solutions, including modern AI-driven tools, to enhance overall business efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Act as the escalation point for Bistrack and SQL-related support issues
- Resolve helpdesk queries efficiently and support day-to-day IT operations
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline processes and reduce manual work
- Develop reports, queries, and system improvements
- Train users and create simple, helpful guidance materials
- Support system integrations and data workflows across the business
