A well-established manufacturing organisation based in Newcastle is looking for an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of IT operations across three sites. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic oversight with day-to-day technical involvement. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, security, and ERP systems, while ensuring everything runs smoothly across the business.
Alongside leading key IT projects and driving improvements, you’ll also manage, mentor, and develop a small IT team - making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both leadership and staying close to the technology.
