Our client is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their internal IT team in a newly created role focused on building internal web applications and tools used across the business. This is a greenfield, high-ownership role where you’ll lead projects from concept to delivery. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders and have genuine influence over architecture, delivery, and technical standards.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building internal web applications that support multiple departments
  • Owning projects end-to-end: requirements, design, build, and deployment
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape solutions and delivery plans
  • Designing APIs, databases, and front-end experiences
  • Helping define development standards and best practices
  • Exploring and adopting new technologies (including low-code where appropriate)
  • Supporting the growth of the internal development function

Do you have?

  • 2+ years’ experience in full stack development (or strong project/academic experience)
  • C# (.NET / .NET Core) for backend development
  • JavaScript / TypeScript for front-end functionality
  • React and/or Angular for modern UI development
  • Strong HTML/CSS for clean, responsive UIs
  • SQL Server experience (writing and optimising queries)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
