Our client is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to work with them on a greenfield, high-ownership position where you will lead projects from concept through to delivery. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and have genuine influence over architecture, tooling, and development standards. This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level developer looking to step into a more autonomous position with real responsibility and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build internal web applications used across multiple departments
- Own projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape solutions and delivery plans
- Design and implement APIs, databases, and front-end experiences
- Help define development standards, best practices, and tooling
- Explore and adopt new technologies, including low-code solutions where appropriate
- Contribute to the growth and maturity of the internal development function
Required Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in full-stack development (or strong commercial/academic project experience)
- C# (.NET / .NET Core) for back-end development
- JavaScript / TypeScript for front-end functionality
- Strong HTML & CSS skills for clean, responsive UIs
- SQL Server experience, including writing and optimising queries
- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
