We’re looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong C# skills and a passion for building scalable, maintainable automation frameworks from the ground up. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of automation within a growing engineering team and play a key role in shaping quality engineering practices.
You’ll be the primary Automation Framework Developer, working closely with a Lead Test Engineer who will help define testing strategy and direction, alongside a Lead Architect supporting technical design and best practices.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on framework development, solving complex automation challenges, and driving quality through robust engineering standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using C#
- Build scalable UI and API automation solutions from scratch
- Create robust automated test suites for web applications and services
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Support defect investigation and root cause analysis
- Promote automation best practices across the engineering team
Proven commercial experience with C# automation testing
Strong experience in UI Automation Testing
Strong experience in API Automation Testing
Demonstrable experience building automation frameworks from the ground up
Experience with REST API testing using RestSharp
Strong SQL knowledge
Experience using Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of test automation architecture and best practices
Experience working within Agile environments
Knowledge of performance or security testing
3 days working from home
