- Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
- Working Hours: 37 hours (early Friday finish) – Office-based
- Salary: £25-30k DOE

Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team in Newport. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and developing internal and external professional relationships. The Role:
- Receive customer enquiries and acknowledge receipt
- Process customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Liaise with other departments
- Meet customer deadlines
- Dealing with technical and lead time queries
- Interpreting customer requirements
- Generate quotations in line with customer requirements
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Development of good long term customer relationships
- Understand departmental, operational and company procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar Internal Sales or Customer Service Administration role
- Customer-focused, and commercially aware
- Attention to detail and organizational time management
- Work to deadlines
- Good level of IT and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines and KPIs
