Candour Talent are recruiting a HR Administrator to join their client’s team in Cardiff.
- Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri – Flexible hours
- Salary: £28-30k
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated HR Administrator to join their team in Cardiff. This role will support the management team onsite with HR administration and other general ad-hoc administrative tasks, as required. An excellent opportunity for a people-focused professional to join a well-established and growing company.
The Role:
- Support with recruitment of new staff – posting job ads, attending job fairs, arranging interviews etc.
- Support with the induction of new starters
- Complete RTW checks and maintain tracker for new and existing staff
- Update HR System with absences and to monitor against Bradford Factor
- Keep track of probationary periods
- Keep track of training records
- Update holiday records
- Run clocking-in reports
- Ensure all personnel files are updated accurately and filed effectively
- Chase outstanding documentation
- Take minutes in meetings and disciplinaries
- Support with audits
- Support with employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects
- Ensure information noticeboards are kept up to date
- Support with any H&S issues
- Complete any ad-hoc administration tasks for the management team, as required
- Report weekly KPIs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator position or similar
- Experience in a fast-paced office-based environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Good commercial awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to maintain confidentiality
