Candour Talent are recruiting a Powder Blending Manager to join their client’s manufacturing team in South Wales.

- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 40hrs - two-shift rota of Days and Afternoons
- Salary: 37k

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the blending area at a new manufacturing site. You will oversee all aspects of powder blending operations, ensuring consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will lead a team of operators and technicians, manage production schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across blending processes.
The Role:
