Candour Talent are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their client’s team in Blackwood.

  • Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Salary: 28-29k

An excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing manufacturing company in Blackwood. This role would suit a customer-focused and target-driven individual with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.

The Role:

  • Receive, process, and manage customer requirements
  • Deal with incoming enquiries over the phone and via email
  • Update customers regularly on order status
  • Arrange weekly calls with key customers to discuss any service
  • General day-to-day management of customer information
  • Liaise with hauliers to arrange and coordinate deliveries
  • Liaise and coordinate new product launches
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a customer service / sales role, or similar.
  • Good standard of education, with a degree preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills
  • MS Office suite with SAGE 200 experience an advantage
  • Able to drive and own transport
