This role will involve an out of hours flexible approach. Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our team in Ebbw Vale. This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Recruitment business.
Job Description:
- Leading and motivating a team of recruiters to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client base and enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards within the branch.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.
In addition to the above daily duties there will be other role requirements:
- Forecasting kept up to date on internal databases.
- Management meetings and reporting regularly.
- Understanding what to manage and when to escalate.
- Compliance and general admin duties.
