The role:

As a
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
, you\’ll learn how to:

• Build and manage your own specialist market within tech.
• Develop strong client relationships and bring new businesses on board.
• Connect exceptional candidates with the UK\’s most sought-after employers.
• Establish your personal brand through networking, social media, and marketing.

You\’ll be guided directly by our hands-on leadership team, with structured career development that can take you all the way to Director level.

What we\’re looking for:

There\’s no single \”recipe\” for a great recruiter – our team comes from a wide range of backgrounds. But the people who succeed here usually bring:

• Experience in customer service, sales, or people-focused roles.
• A naturally competitive mindset – maybe from sports or other passions.
• Drive, resilience, and a hunger for personal and financial success.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confidence in building a personal brand across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, blogs, and beyond.

commitment, curiosity, and a strong work ethic
