We're looking for a Tech Lead to provide technical leadership across a promising engineering team.
This role is less about being the person writing every line of code and more about creating an environment where great software is built by a confident, capable team.
The
Role: You'll work closely with 2 teams of developers to keep projects moving, remove technical blockers and provide clear direction across multiple workstreams.
Rather than taking work away from the team, you'll help them develop the confidence and skills to tackle it themselves.
You'll mentor junior and mid-level developers, encourage best practice and help create a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
You'll still be technical: you'll review code, support architectural decisions, help scope projects and guide technical discussions But your biggest impact will come through the people you lead.
