Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Develop tailored project proposals aligned with client needs and best practices
- Lead new customer onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate documentation
- Manage and deliver IT support projects, maintaining high standards and clear communication
- Support onboarding and development of new team members
Key Technical Skills
Required Experience:
- Windows Servers – including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy & Exchange.
- Windows 10/11 desktop support.
- Virtualisation – VMware or Hyper-V.
- Server hardware.
- Wireless networks.
- Backups & disaster recovery.
- Office 365 – setup and ongoing management.
- Email security – spam filters, spoofing protection.
Nice to Have:
- macOS.
- Phone systems.
- System deployment and storage.
- Experience with RMM tools.
- Firewalls – especially Fortinet
- Cloud hosting – AWS or Azure.
