Senior Information Technology Support Engineer
Location: Wigan • Working Pattern: On-site

In this highly technical and dynamic role, you’ll be the go-to expert for complex escalations while taking full ownership of project delivery from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Lead on projects across networking & virtualization.
- Configure and maintain cloud solutions.
- Coordinate and deliver workplace platform rollouts such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and related cloud applications.
- Act as a point of escalation from the 1st/2nd Line.
- Create clear, detailed technical documentation for internal teams and client handovers.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working within an MSP environment is essential.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including firewalls, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPNs, routing and switching.
- Hands-on experience with virtualisation platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.
- 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays).
