Project Lead / Manager – EUC – London (Hybrid / remote) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead / Project Manager from an End User Computing (EUC) background to join the IT Services team of a global financial services player working within their End User Experience (EUX) value stream. You will be responsible for driving the development and improvement of EUC products and services ensuring alignment with the value stream OKRs and delivering maximum value for the team.Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product & services roadmapWork closely with technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define appropriate delivery iterationsPrioritize and manage the product backlogCreate and own dashboards to track metrics and inform future backlog itemsAct as the voice of the customer to ensure everyone understands the business value of the backlog itemsCoordinate product launches and ensure effective communication to internal customers and stakeholdersCoach and mentor Associate POs to support their career developmentQualifications: Prior experience in a project/program or product-related role or environmentExperience working with Agile collaboration and product management toolsDetailed understanding of Agile methodologies and product management frameworksDay-to-day: Collaborate with technical stakeholders to gather requirementsPrioritize and manage the product backlogCoordinate and participate in Agile ceremonies for the productMonitor and analyse product performance, making data-driven decisionsManage key stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively to keep them informedIf you are passionate about driving product development and delivering value to customers, we would love to hear from you.
