This role demands strong electrical troubleshooting capabilities and a solid understanding of industrial automation systems. If you have experience working with Allen Bradley PLCs—particularly ladder logic—you\’ll hit the ground running. While machine vision and robotics experience are a plus, they are more than ready to invest in your training if you bring the right electrical skills to the table.Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues involving motors, sensors, and automation systems
  • Program, debug, and modify Allen Bradley PLCs (primarily ladder logic)
  • Maintain safety standards and implement best practices across electrical systems
  • Support continuous improvement and preventative maintenance projects
  • Strong background in electrical troubleshooting in industrial settings
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs—especially Allen Bradley and ladder logic
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and electrical compliance requirements
  • Comfortable working around high-volume equipment with motors and sensors
