Lead Development Engineer – Insurance Technology
Location: Remote, with occasional travel.

The Opportunity:
Our client is at a pivotal moment, bringing to life a new, cloud-native platform designed to intelligently scale and adapt to the fast-evolving insurance market. You’ll lead from the front, architecting and building a solution that’s not just technically outstanding, but fundamentally changes how the industry prices and distributes products.
You’ll be hands-on, deeply technical, and backed by a supportive, high-performing team that believes in collaboration, curiosity, and engineering excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the end-to-end design and delivery of a modern, event-driven ratings engine
- Shaping the technical roadmap using Azure Functions, Service Bus, and C#
- Driving DevOps maturity, CI/CD best practices, and cloud-native scalability
- Collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders
- Coaching and mentoring a talented team of engineers who value your experience
- Making an impact that’s visible, meaningful, and industry-defining
What You Bring:
- Deep expertise in Azure, especially serverless architecture, Service Bus, and integration services
- Proven experience building scalable systems using C#/.NET
- Experience in Blazor is preferred.
- A strong track record designing and delivering event-driven architectures
- A modern approach to engineering, DevOps, IaC, CI/CD, microservices
