IT Technician

Wigan (On-site) – offering £25-30k

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Technician to support and maintain client IT systems. You’ll handle day-to-day troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance while helping users get the most from their technology. This role offers variety, responsibility, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install and configure computers, peripherals, and applications.
  • Manage updates, security patches, and user accounts.
  • Deliver user training and technical guidance.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous IT support or technician experience.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are desirable.
