A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a fast-growing, Liverpool-based Managed Service Provider. This role is ideal for a technically strong, service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to progress within a growing business.

The successful candidate will bring solid experience in 2nd line support within an MSP environment and possess strong skills across Microsoft 365, networking, and server technologies. This is an office-based position with some travel to client sites. The company are hoping that the successful candidate will become the Support Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a varied role, acting as a point of escalation and support for the junior team. There is also an opportunity for project work here too.
- Act as an escalation point for 1st line engineers.
- Provide advanced technical support to clients.
- Assist with the implementation of new client solutions.
- Visit client sites as needed to provide support.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation and internal processes.
- Champion high standards of customer service and technical delivery.

- Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role.
- Background working in an MSP environment.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence (essential for travel).
