About the Role:
A well-established and innovative IT service provider is seeking an IT Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will deliver IT support, ensuring the reliable day-to-day operation of IT systems.
The role involves working on-site, handling a broad range of technical tasks. The successful candidate will be supported by a knowledgeable team and offered opportunities for career development and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st/ 2nd Line IT support to users at assigned client sites.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and other issues.
- Perform installations, updates, and basic configurations of IT equipment.
- Support infrastructure, backups, and security system maintenance.
- Log and track support requests accurately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and end users.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers when necessary.
Key Skills:
- Experience in 1st or 2nd line IT support or relevant qualifications.
- Confident in working on-site and solving technical issues for users.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking principles.
- Previous MSP experience.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
