Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for a variety of IT issues
- Help install and configure software and hardware solutions
- Diagnose and fix problems quickly and effectively
- Record and manage support requests using an internal ticketing system
- Pass on more complex cases to senior team members when necessary
- Keep detailed logs of support activities
- Create and maintain helpful documentation and guides
