Business Analyst – Hybrid – Warrington
I’m working with a client seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. They specialise in Employment Law, HR, Compliance, and Health and Safety support services, combining practical advice with innovative technology platforms.

In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement, defining software features and enhancements, and working closely with software development and project teams to deliver organisation-wide change.
What You’ll Do
- Document requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria, creating clear user stories
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and stakeholders to align with business strategy
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops across the organisation
- Analyse and propose improvements to existing business processes
- Work with the Scrum team to ensure understanding of project requirements and smooth execution
- Support the development team during sprints and resolve queries, prioritising requirements based on business value
- Manage change control processes and tools
- Perform data analysis to improve business operations
