The role As Engagement Architect, youll own delivery for your client account from initial discovery through to release.
Youll work directly with client stakeholders to understand their challenges, run discovery and scoping sessions, translate requirements into clear build-ready specifications, coordinate the engineering team and ultimately ensure that what reaches the client meets the agreed quality bar.
Youll have significant autonomy and will be trusted to make day-to-day decisions around priorities, resourcing, scheduling and delivery.

- Lead client-facing discovery and scoping workshops, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate synthesis and documentation.
- Translate business requirements and workshop outputs into build-ready tickets, including clear scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies and estimates.
- Own day-to-day resourcing and ticket scheduling for a small engineering team.
- Act as the release gatekeeper, ensuring delivered work meets agreed acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Track budget and hours burn against retainer or project commitments, identifying and communicating risks early.
- Maintain a live risk and issue log, proactively escalating blockers.
- Run delivery ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
- Build a strong, trusted relationship with client stakeholders and act as their primary day-to-day delivery contact.
- Review and interpret AI-generated outputs, prototypes and documentation, assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Work closely with engineers to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity and keep delivery moving.
