Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Cheshire East (onsite)
Salary: £28-35k, DOE
A growing, fast-paced company is currently hiring for a 2nd Line Support Engineer. You’ll work with a broad tech-stack to support their customer’s IT needs, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, backup solutions and technical projects.
This is a perfect opportunity for somebody who enjoys hands-on IT work, solving complex technical issues, and is comfortable working in a customer-facing environment. The company is currently going through a period of growth, so this is a great time to get involved for long-term career progression!
Essential experience:
- Full valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Prior experience working in IT role for an MSP.
- Ability to troubleshoot up to a second-line level.
- Ability to travel to and work independently at customer sites.
- Experienced with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Previous practical experience installing and troubleshooting IT hardware.
- Good understanding of a wide range of technical skills including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, Active Directory, Entra ID, etc.
