Role Overview:

Working in the telesales team at CanDo Payments is genuinely enjoyable. The focus is simple: help independent and small business owners cut their payment processing costs in a way that feels fair and straightforward. Everyone has their own targets and their own style, yet the atmosphere is supportive and collaborative. It feels like a place where people want each other to do well. You are never left to figure things out alone. There is no cold calling. Every conversation is a follow up on an inbound enquiry, so you are speaking with people who already want to learn more. The focus is on listening, guiding and helping them make a better choice for their business. At CanDo Payments, the aim is to offer a fair deal and real savings. Many customers switch to us because we help them move across smoothly, often covering exit fees where needed. On average, businesses save a significant amount and the value you bring translates naturally into strong, uncapped commission. The people who thrive here are driven, curious and keen to earn well. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research new business opportunities
  • Engage business owners via phone, email, and social media to qualify leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline
  • Follow up on leads from campaigns and referral partners
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and targets
  • Take ownership of queries from existing customers about their card payment facilities
  • Act as a single point of ownership for all other customer service queries, liaising with other suppliers / business partners as required
  • Develop an understanding of the card market

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in sales or lead generation (preferably B2B or call centre)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
  • Ability to build rapport and ask insightful questions
  • Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
