We're a national award-winning industrial laundry based in Telford, with a team of 40+, looking for a strategic individual who has experience in manufacturing/production and the drive to help implement further structure and scalability for growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of day-to-day operations
- Support and maintain overarching production efficiencies and productivity
- Overarching budget, forecasting and financial responsibility
- Train and motivate other team members and ensure best practices are implemented
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide an excellent level of service at all times
- Have experience in dealing with day-to-day HR responsibilities
- Implement and develop LEAN within the organisation
- Implement structure and corporate development
The right person will have the following skills and personality:
- Confident and self-motivated
- Eager to learn and personally develop
- Degree in Business Management or similar with a certificate of 2.1 or above (alternatively experience will be considered)
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Ability to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of business financial management
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Qualification(s) in LEAN
- Experience in a strategic production/manufacturing environment
