Senior business travel consultants are required to work for this small independent company that has won new business and is in a growth phase. This is a home-based position, ideally requiring Amadeus knowledge, but they will cross-train from Galileo. The salary is £30,000 to £32,000 plus up to £5,000 bonus, with 25 days of holidays and working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. They are looking for 2 people as soon as possible.
Senior business travel consultants duties:
- Working on 10 accounts booking UK, European, and Worldwide travel arrangements using Amadeus, including flights, car hire, rail, and hotels.
- Managing the booking from start to finish, including ticketing, amendments, and reissues.
Senior business travel consultants skills required:
- Senior business travel consultant experience is a must.
- Ideally, Amadeus knowledge, but they will cross-train from Galileo.
- Ideally, ticketing/reissues experience, but this can be trained.
Additional information:
- Home-based role with virtual training, but the company tries to meet up around 3 times per year.
- Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, with 25 days of holidays, pension, and a great quarterly bonus scheme.
