organised and motivated Warehouse and Procurement Manager to oversee our operations and help
drive efficiency across our supply chain.
The Role
This is a key operational position responsible for managing both warehouse and procurement functions.
You\'ll ensure that inventory levels meet production and retail needs, manage supplier relationships, and
lead a small team to deliver smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods in/out, storage, and order fulfilment.
Manage procurement activities — sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, packaging, and
finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock control through regular inventory checks and system updates.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead and support warehouse staff to achieve high standards of performance and safety.
Implement and monitor KPIs to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety and company policies.
Continuously identify and deliver process improvements across logistics and procurement.
About You
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or procurement management.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating pricing/contracts.
Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Positive attitude with a \"can-do\" approach — able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
