organised and motivated Warehouse and Procurement Manager to oversee our operations and help

drive efficiency across our supply chain.

The Role

This is a key operational position responsible for managing both warehouse and procurement functions.

You\'ll ensure that inventory levels meet production and retail needs, manage supplier relationships, and

lead a small team to deliver smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods in/out, storage, and order fulfilment.

  • Manage procurement activities — sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, packaging, and

finished goods.

  • Maintain accurate stock control through regular inventory checks and system updates.

  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Lead and support warehouse staff to achieve high standards of performance and safety.

  • Implement and monitor KPIs to improve operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety and company policies.

  • Continuously identify and deliver process improvements across logistics and procurement.

About You

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or procurement management.

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.

  • Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating pricing/contracts.

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices.

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).

  • Positive attitude with a \"can-do\" approach — able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
