This is a full-time, on-site role for a Boutique Leader at our Candles & Oud concession in Meadowhall Mall, Sheffield. The Boutique Leader will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing product displays, tracking inventory, handling budgets, and setting sales goals. The Boutique Leader will foster a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience for all customers, while maintaining the brand's high standards.
