Key Responsibilities:

  • Create short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.

  • Work closely with the founder, management team and operational teams to spot content opportunities.
  • Track what performs well and help turn winning formats into repeatable content systems.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all content.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A creative storyteller who understands attention.

  • Someone who understands social media, culture, timing, emotion and commercial impact.
  • Someone who can film, edit, write, direct or produce content at pace.
  • Someone comfortable working in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment.
  • Someone who understands that content is not just posting. It is positioning.

Requirements:

  • Experience creating social media content.
  • Strong understanding of short‑form video.
  • Good writing ability for captions, hooks and scripts.
  • Comfortable working on‑site in London.
