Overview
REABLEMENT SUPPORT WORKER
Location: Across the Mendip District and Somerset
Salary: £12.21 per hour, plus paid travel time and mileage. £300 welcome bonus!
Please note we are not currently offering Sponsorship for this role.
Our DISCHARGE TO ASSESS (D2A) Team are expanding. This is a rare opportunity being offered!
We provide a short-term care and reablement service in patient’s own homes, to bridge the gap between hospital and home.
This means that patients no longer need to wait unnecessarily for assessments in hospital.
In turn this reduces delayed discharges and improves patient flow.
Benefits
Grade 5: £12.20/hr, paid travel time and mileage, uniform, Blue Light Discount Card.
Mendip/Somerset areas
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
