Candlelight Care in the Sherborne, Wincanton, and Gillingham area is seeking a Team Leader to assess new client packages, develop care plans, carry out risk assessments and review existing packages with the Registered Manager.
You will supervise Care & Support Workers, participate in on-call duties, attend Team Leader Meetings, and ensure confidentiality. A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent and a full clean driving licence are required.
