Sponsorship Switch
We are able to offer sponsorship switches on a limited basis in Sherborne, Dorset, Wincanton, Somerset, and Gillingham, Dorset. You must already be on a skilled worker or healthcare visa with a domiciliary care company and have your own accommodation local to the vacancy. You must have a full English driving licence (or your country licence if you have been in the UK less than 12 months) and care experience to drive confidently in the UK.
Responsibilities
Every day you will work in health and social care, getting to know your clients and their interests and needs. You will give emotional and practical support, assist with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing), domestic household tasks and food preparation tailored to each individual\'s needs. You will also assist with medication, use of mobility aids and personal equipment where required and report any significant changes in a client’s health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.

- Guaranteed hours 37.5 per week.
- Minimum annual salary of £25,000.
- Mixed shifts (mornings and/or evenings) plus every weekend, with two days off in the week.

Qualifications / Eligibility
- At least two years of working in a care-based role, whether domiciliary, care home or hospital (experience does not need to be within the UK).
- Already in the UK on sponsorship with another provider and willing to switch sponsorship over to us.
- Driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Willingness to relocate to the Wimborne area (beneficial if you are currently located in Wimborne or the surrounding areas).
- Good people skills, warm and empathetic, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
