The role:
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 during Maths lessons
- Deliver targeted intervention sessions to raise attainment
- Provide one to one and small group support
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Help students build confidence, resilience and engagement in learning
- Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
- Promote positive behaviour and high expectations throughout the school
