The role:

  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 during Maths lessons
  • Deliver targeted intervention sessions to raise attainment
  • Provide one to one and small group support
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
  • Help students build confidence, resilience and engagement in learning
  • Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
  • Promote positive behaviour and high expectations throughout the school
