A fantastic opportunity is available for experienced Support Workers to work with children and young people in a residential children’s home and supported accommodation setting in Southall, Ealing.

This role is ideal for reliable, compassionate professionals who have previous experience supporting vulnerable young people and understand the importance of structure, boundaries and positive role modelling.

Duties Include

  • Supporting children and young people with daily routines and activities

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working in a children’s home or supported accommodation

  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
  • Flexible to work day shifts or night shifts
