The role:
- Support pupils with SEND, Autism, SEMH and additional learning needs
- Provide one to one and small group interventions tailored to individual learning plans

- Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication and social development
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Monitor and record pupil progress, behaviour and engagement
