We are recruiting for a passionate and ambitious Registered Service Manager to lead a beautifully furnished, newly developed Supported Accommodation service for young people aged 16-18 in the Coventry and Nuneaton area. This is a unique opportunity to become the founding Registered Manager of a new service, giving you the autonomy to create a positive culture, recruit your own team, and develop an outstanding service that genuinely changes young people’s lives. You’ll be fully supported throughout the registration process and beyond by an experienced and highly involved Responsible Individual, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes. The Role
As Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and compliance of the service, ensuring young people receive outstanding support as they prepare for adulthood and independent living.
