About the Role
Not every home needs fixing. Some are already built well, they just need the right leader to take them to the next level. We are supporting a family run provider in Birmingham with an established children’s home that has built a culture that genuinely feels like a home from home. With strong foundations already in place, they are now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the next phase of growth and expansion. This is a role for someone who can build on what is already working, strengthen the team, and support the service as it grows.

The role:
- Lead and develop a stable, high performing team
- Support the growth and expansion of the service
- Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations
- Drive quality of care and positive outcomes
- Work closely with leadership to shape the next phase
What you need:
- Experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding
- Experience working with EBD
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
- Ability to lead teams and support growth
