Location: Cudworth, Warwickshire

Full Time: 9am to 5pm

Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 per annum

We are seeking a confident, compassionate and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a 3 bed EBD home in Cudworth, Warwickshire, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is a small, relationship focused home where stability, structure and therapeutic care are central to everything you do.

The Role

  • Support the Registered Manager in the day to day leadership of the home
  • Lead, mentor and develop the staff team
  • Ensure high quality, child centred care is delivered consistently
  • Support children with complex emotional and behavioural needs
  • Oversee safeguarding, risk management and behaviour support strategies
  • Contribute to care planning, placement planning meetings and multi agency reviews
  • Maintain compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
  • Step up to lead the home in the Manager’s absence
