A growing supported accommodation provider in Croydon is looking for experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join their team supporting adults with mental health needs, emotional wellbeing challenges and complex backgrounds. The role will involve:
- Supporting residents within supported accommodation settings
- Promoting independence, life skills and community engagement
- Building positive and professional relationships with residents
