The Role

As a Children’s Support Worker, you’ll provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people within a safe, nurturing and structured home environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily routines, education, appointments and recreational activities.
  • Promoting emotional wellbeing, confidence and independence.
  • Acting as a positive role model and encouraging healthy choices.
